Meet Dr T

Meet the person
behind Dr T.

Dr Tracy Thorns helps people overcome driving anxiety and psychological problems after a road traffic accident.

Her psychology career began in 1992. Work at the Traumatic Stress Clinic and the Royal London Hospital led to a doctorate, a lead clinical role and years of listening to people after accidents.

When she saw how hard it was to find the help she recommended, she began putting her clinical work into step-by-step online courses.

“Lego for Psychology Nerds”

That's how Dr T describes taking complex ideas apart and building them back into something easier to understand. Away from her work, she's at home by the Dorset coast, often with a book or out trail running.
